Our trained phlebotomist will WhatsApp you 30 minutes before arrival. They carry sterile, single-use equipment and are trained in calm, fear-free animal handling. The process takes 5–10 minutes and your pet stays in their safe environment.
Sample Reaches the Lab
The sample is transported in temperature-controlled containers to our diagnostic partner lab within 2 hours. Chain of custody is documented at every stage. You'll receive an SMS once the sample is received and processing begins.
Digital Report with Vet Summary
Your report is delivered as a downloadable PDF within 24 hours, along with a plain-language interpretation written by a licensed vet. No confusing medical jargon — just clear guidance on what the results mean and what to do next.
Frequently Asked Questions
For most basic panels like CBC, fasting is not required. For comprehensive panels that include glucose and lipid screening, 8–12 hours of fasting is recommended. Our team will advise you specifically when confirming your booking.
Yes. Our licensed vets can issue digital prescriptions for most common medications via teleconsult. However, controlled substances and high-risk drugs that legally require a physical examination will not be prescribed online.

Absolutely. All data is stored in India on encrypted servers and governed under the DPDPA 2023. Your pet's health records and consultation videos are never sold or shared. You own your data and can request deletion at any time.
